Boiling coffee, super-fine, with a bit of sugar added before boiling, is a delicious change from brewed coffee. We tried Aladin 7oz bag when it appeared on local supermarket shelf during Passover. We'd had boiling coffee in Sweden -- this is just as good. In fact we went out and bought a thermal glass boiling pitcher designed to let the grounds settle. Pour gently into a small espresso or demitasse. Expect some 'mud' at the bottom of your cup, so drink in sips. Slow enjoyment! (4 stars because maybe not everyone will like this as we do.)
